18 year old
2.5 time legal limit for over 21 adult for intoxication
banging on a residents door
waking up the 1 year old (that is a crime in itself)
he was charged with public drunkenness
disorderly conduct
trespassing (for attempting to enter a property that was not his)
consumption of alcohol while underage
posession of two fake i.d.'s
likely close to 1500.00 in fines
plus a wicked hang over and he was video taped crying because he kept tightening handcuffs on himself

So it won't be until he kills someone that he will learn. This is wrong in so many ways. Here is an opportunity for this kid to learn a lesson and the only thing he learns is that money can buy you out of it.

Just because his parents have money doesn't mean that they'll bail him out.
My kids have all been told that if they do something wrong and get in trouble not to come crying to us to come bail them out.
