Someone who is more in touch than me, please assist with the following questions inspired by Grammy coverage:
What is the relationship of the White Stripes? Husband/Wife? Brother/Sister? Yes to both?
Whats the deal with Pharrell/Neptune/N.E.R.D. doing the star trek hand thing?
Andre 3000 has always been part of Outkast, has he not? why now are they mentioning him by name?
Am I the only one who thinks the Evanescence girl can't sing outside of the record studio?
I think thats all for now. Thank you.

I could likely cite to periodic table better than answer that question.

I think Outkast is just Andre and Big Boi/Boy/Bouy. Why they mention him by name, .

From mtv.com:
One of a new breed of back-to-basics rock acts to emerge from Detroit, Michigan, USA, the White Stripes comprises enigmatic bass-free duo Jack White (b. John Anthony Gillis, 9 July 1975, Detroit, Michigan, USA; guitar/vocals) and Meg White (b. Megan Martha White, 10 December 1974, Detroit, Michigan, USA; drums). The Whites, variously assumed to be husband and ex-wife or brother and sister, but both initially denied, formed their new band in 1997. Judging from their facial looks it initially seemed likely the duo were brother and sister, but the matter was confused by Jack White stating that the couple were once married, and the posting of a marriage license (from October 1996) and divorce certificate (from March 2000) on the Internet seemed to confirm this fact.
So, your guess is as good as mine...

The only comment I have about the Grammies is..
Madonna really, child. It's the Grammies and you couldn't get your roots done? have you no au pair? Have you no hair dresser on call??

More questions (chime in if you think you can help, these are pressing issues):
Was Christina Augilera wearing a wig? either way, did she think it looked good?
Who is Paulina Rubio (she's Chris Judd's date, and....?), or is Chris Judd really still riding on the coattails the divorce from J lo or did his brief reality tv stint really boost his career that much?
Is it me or are Vince Gill and Alec Baldwin really starting to look like eachother?
Were Madonna's roots that bad? THe only shot I saw of her you couldn't tell, but the pink dress was hot!

"The Hardest Button to Button" is a much better WS song than "Seven Nation Army."
But - sniff - Hail To The Thief only goes one-for-four. And that for best engineering for a non-classical album.

i'll guess for fun
What is the relationship of the White Stripes? Husband/Wife? Brother/Sister? Yes to both?
um, beats me. i thought Jack White was dating some actress..?
Whats the deal with Pharrell/Neptune/N.E.R.D. doing the star trek hand thing?
well i think the live long and prosper thing ties into Noone Ever Really Dies - the N.E.R.D thing... but it could be somethin' different
Andre 3000 has always been part of Outkast, has he not? why now are they mentioning him by name?
Big Boi and Andre 3000 did a double disc this year, one for each guy. Andre's Single was more popular i think, but big boi's was really good too. that's the only reason they called them by their names - some shows will say "here's outkast to preform Hey Ya, and I like the way you move".
Am I the only one who thinks the Evanescence girl can't sing outside of the record studio?
i can't even believe they got nominated for grammys. album of the year nomination? that's a freiken joke. then again "stacies mom" got a nomination
I think thats all for now. Thank you.
you're welcome.

I thought the whites were brother and sister.
ditto on the outkast thing, they did a double album where each of them did one of the discs.
I like evanessance...I have no idea if she can sing outside the studio or not, but I like their music.
I have no idea on your other questions.

Don't know. Can't really dig the whole White Stripes thing.
Whats the deal with Pharrell/Neptune/N.E.R.D. doing the star trek hand thing?
Um, who?
Andre 3000 has always been part of Outkast, has he not? why now are they mentioning him by name?
Ditto what's been said about the double album thing.
Am I the only one who thinks the Evanescence girl can't sing outside of the record studio?
I'm with ya on this one. I think she just runs around too much and doesn't have the lungs to deal with it.
I think thats all for now. Thank you.
No, no. Thank you.
