Use this log to track your daily workouts. You can use it to track more than running though. Through the preferences section, you can
set it up to track almost any type of activity you wish to participate in.
A few of the features of the runningforums.com running log ::
- Track shoe mileage automatically and be notified when your shoes are approaching the end of their usefulness.
- Save the name and distance of common routes you run.
- Track workout types (fartleks, speedwork, long slow distance, etc.)
- Log automatically calculates your pace in minutes per mile and MPH/KPH.
- Track your average heart rate.
- Track your weight.
- Log can be viewed by either week or month.
- Log can be shared with others or kept private.
- The log is searchable.
- Log data is exportable for use in other programs (i.e. MS Excel)
