Nice run Rob! Eight miles for me - ended up at the voting booth, about 5 minutes from home. My apologies to the person who went in after me and had to smell "Eau de sweaty wet runner".

What a nasty little easy run. It was hot and muggy, even though there's a front moving through (which I thought would provide cloud cover and maybe even rain by the end of the run). It apparently slowed down a lot, as it was sunny and 76, 94% humidity. Saw a rather large snake on the edge of the road, which is a first around the lakes.

1 hour of weights in the morning
Evening: 1100 m of swim practice (mostly kick and drills) followed by a drop-in workout with the varsity cross country team.
2.3 miles of warmup/steady-state running followed by some strides and 6x~800 repeats on grass with 1.5 mins recovery.
Splits: 2:54, 2:53, 2:54, 2:53, 2:51, 2:45
About 1.5 miles of cooldown.
It was a really humbling experience running with these guys and gals...many of them are so blazing fast (even the girls!)...
