it sucked the life out of me.
A feeling of gloomy bitterness and futility dragged me off the chair and to the floor.
The dog's came and began to lick my face.
After about five minutes of licking, hope started to return to my body;
..... not much mind you but enough for me to be able to slowly sit up and say, "good dogs".

I went over to the clubhouse for the first time based on this thread and they have the same pedantic list of threads as we do (only they seem to have a bent on attacking conservatives).....in fact some threads have the same titles with different authors... so do we plagarize or do they?

Nice to know nothing evah changes over there. Sounds like a typical day on the bad side of town. Now you know why dogs are referred to as man's best friend!!! Good doggies!!
Now a cat.....well, I just can't see a cat giving enough of a crap to cheer anyone up like that.

I've been over there a couple times in the last couple of days...and I find I am being ignored. Invisible. A ghost.

I lurk over there a couple of times a week just to catch up on the latest whining by the die-hard liberals that infest that place. It's good humor when taken in the proper context.
