I finally ran my first race. The Broad street run in Philly. I finished in 1:38:59. I think that is pretty respectable for my first race ever. And for me being out of shape as I was Smile

I have another race planed for Sept 9th in Harrisburg, PA. It is a half marathon and will be 3 more miles than the Broad Street run.

I am thinking of training possibilities and have wondered if incorporating biking on my off days would be beneficial. Thanks!
