This thing's fantastic. I wanted a bag that I could wear running as well as biking, and this has worked out very, very well for me.
Features that I like for cycling:
Very comfortable fit, with the waist strap always out of the way.
Removable "skin" for holding your helmet.
LOTS of Reflex for great visibility.
Running features that I like:
Hip supports are small but effective.
Strapping allows very little movement, even when fully loaded.
General features that I like:
Built-in pocket for up to 3L hydration sac.
Built-in raincover.
Back support is mesh over a curved frame, providing full support while letting your back breathe.
I costs more than a traditional daypack, but it's still cheaper than other brands like Osprey or Sierra Designs. I paid $90CDN for mine, and it's been worth every cent.
