Since Elkid and I are racing in Baltimore in two weeks in a benefit for Abby's charity I decided I better get Abby in the stroller to run. Since Abby gets up very early in the morning (despite gaining an hour for DST-she got up at her usual 5:00. So I changed her got some warm clothes on her and off we went.
I decided to do 3.5 miles of rolling hills since the race course has rolling hills and then 2 miles of flat on an asphalt running track.
She did very good. She got bored about 40 minutes in. I guess going in circles without seeing anything new after 15 minutes got boring.
She smiled and laughed when we got home so I guess she enjoyed herself.
I forgot how hard it was to push a 15 pound stoller along with 35 plus pounds of girl up a hill.
All in all it was well spent time since I normally do not run on Sundays when I am off, this was a nice bonus,

Sounds like a fun way to spend Sunday, not to mention a great strength workout. Hills + weights!
