Oy mates! My wife complains about my beer belly. She says I look like a wreck and refuses any intimacy with me. I want to get rid of it, but I like beer more than myself. So, I reckoned that if I start running my beer belly will gradually disappear. But I’m not ready to leave beer. What if I don’t stop drinking beer and start running?

To tell you the truth, I think that you will have to reduce the amount of beer if you want some results. You can’t just start running and continue with your lifestyle expecting that everything that all the flab that has been piling up on your belly will just melt. I’m not saying that you should completely stop drinking beer, but a beer or two a day is nothing that bad. But a six-pack a day is something else. Besides, large amounts of beer make you drowsy and sleepy so even if you want you won’t exactly be able to run properly. I think that the new, active lifestyle will actually help you reduce beer consumption. Moderation in all things is what you should stick to!
