My friend lent me this cool gadget he got when rehabing from acl surgery. It is a small Igloo cooler with a pump and two tubes leading to a cuff. I fill the cooler with water and ice which it pumps through the cuff that I wear on my knee. Cold and compression. it is awesome!

A lady in our office had the same thing when she broke her ankle. The too thought it was the bestest little invention.

Are they available to private individuals or does the Dr. have to give you one? I'd hate to see what they cost if only the Dr. can give one to you. Shocked
