to figure this out. I'd of told them for free the BMI thing is crock.

i've been saying since Day 1 that BMI was a joke. it was modern mediceine's way of doing something cheap and quick. god forbid that they actually look at fat levels.

You know I'm close to that area. My MD said according to charts I should weigh about 180 or so. I have not weighed 180 since Junior High. Based on the BMI I'm in the overweight category. I wonder how many overweights can go out and run a 10K right after being told they are "out of shape".
