That's the photo and it's got the magazine overlay stuff on it. It's the new president of NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Assoc.).

Is there a "curse" on this magazine like the Sports Illustrated one ?

For the uninitiated: There are stories going around of a "curse" if you appear on the cover of SI.
