The Bourbon Chase- an overnight relay race

I want to let you know about a really cool race. The Bourbon Chase is a 200 mile relay race which takes place on October 9 & 10, 2009 in the heart of the Bluegrass State (Kentucky). Check out the website: http://www.bourbonchase.com/

This race looks like it will be a blast! It is very different from the typical overnight relay race as you will be racing on the Bourbon Trail which has breathtaking views. The race starts in Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World and ends in Lexington, the Horse Capital of the World.

I have heard they are only allowing 150 teams this first year and the early registration period ends March 31st, 2009 so if you want to save some money, register soon.
