Unfortunately Gatorade makes me nauseous. Have never had powerade. I'll just have to stick with water and after a really long and sweaty race One Liter of Tonic Water to reduce or eliminate cramping.

most ultra use this stuff

I buy my son that stuff by the case. Much cheaper at Costco than it is at the grocery store or gas station!!

Our Sam's doesn't have it. I wish it did because it's only a mile or two away.
We pay about $13 for 24 bottles.
