Hi there
i have been working out for the last month and a half:
Run 3.2 miles everynight
100 crunches everynight
i use the fitday.com to keep track of everything i eat.
my normal calorie intake is about 1200 a day
thats about 30% fat something like 25% carbs and the rest in protein.

for the last 2 weeks im stuck at the same weight and i have not moved at all.

in the month and a half i only lost like 6lbs

Please give me something to go on, i dont know what is going on here

all answers are welcome Smile

wow, only 1200 calories a day, that seems like not much at all.

maybe try some light weight lifting to build muscle that will then burn more calories throughout the day

When you reach your weight plateau, it means you have to change something about your nutrition or exercise plan.

Add a bit diversity to your foods and up the calories to 1400 cal a day.
I agree with the previous poster, join a gym, weight lifting does wonders for weight loss. See if you could combine it with some cardio like bike ride or a treadmill session. Mix cardio and lifting in the same 1 - 1,5h routine.

I am sure you would start noticing results in no time.
