- new office.

the bottom floor (where a print shop is), now has a "BANK" sign in front of it, the building across from us is now a furniture store...

it's a western deal.

and it appears they will be filming literally right outside. we won't even be able to use the front doors that week.

neat huh?

When I lived in Manhattan I always found that sorta thing annoying. Once I came home from work to find a scene from "The Basketball Diaries" being filmed on my front stoop. I stoped and stared at everyone - not quite comprehending what was going on - then realized I was being yelled at to get out of the shot. Mr. Green

dude, the buildings down here in the Exchange District are so amazingly old school.

needless to say i just got jumped by one of the Film people who needed to meet my boss. i'd have to say parking a big lift in front of our doorway is a successful way to get ahold of someone... but now that we're best friends i should try to score myself an extra role. those pay crazy good money.

thoogy - when i was in first year university i was wandering onto campus, came around the corner and noticed the newspaper boxes on campus were all red and had various "illinois" (i think? wherever the hoosiers are...) tags on them, and the events posting board was all illionis too... it threw me for a loop until i realized we had a shoot going on. Smile serves 'em right tho, we got a snowstorm the previous night - even though it was early october. Mr. Green
