nice and easy on a brand new rails to trails project in Radnor. It just opened and I wanted to get my own perpective on foot of all the landmarks on the trail so I will better be able to locate any emergencies when they happen.
It is a very hill trail

5.03 miles in :42:13.66. Split the run between the old and new shoes - the new ones responded great, even though I deliberately ran slower in them.
