Three slow miles (about 40 minutes ). The streets haven't been completly cleared, so it was necessary to be cautious in spots. 21 degrees, wind 15mph. I was way overdressed, but I felt great out there.

Some nice runs this moring! I had 4.4 miles on the mill in 45:00. Again, pain free. Have a good day everybody.

I should have ran outside. Four miles on the tread, when it kicked off-again!!! I have a pain in my thigh that wasn't there before I started the run. I hope I have not pulled anything.

21.42 miles in 2:58:19 (8:19/mile pace). Beautiful day out! Temps in the low to mid 30s throughout the run. Sunny and just a light wind. Followed up the run with an ice bath.

20 miles with a sinus head cold. Things got ugly after the 17th mile. I ran out of water and was dizzy. Not fun. I don't think I'm cut out for marathons.
I'm spent for today and going to bed for a while.

Do you think it's possible you might have just had a bad day? Sounds like you were sick prior to the run? That's a huge strength sapper. Hope you get some well-deserved rest.

I don't know? I just started breaking down at the 17th. My water was nearly gone and I didn't want to dehydrate. I put in the miles to the 20th...but it wasn't the way I wanted.
I'll break down my splits later...once I figure out my friggin GPS watch.
BTW... all said and done. 3:38.11. Not what I wanted. Not at all.
