Hi
I'm pretty new to long distance running, and I'm training for a full marathon at the moment.
I have FLAT feets and I ran with NEUTRAL gait.
I need some advice to buy a pair of new shoes.
Basiclly, I had a look at Wiggle, and they have a section for 'Motion Control' shoes, which they discribe they are for Flat Feets, but also I got the feeling that they are also for Excess Pronation as well.
But being a Neutral myself, I wonder will these 'Motion Control' shoes suit me?
