its been out for a while. i HATE it. it sucks, and not just because 311 (who i cant stand) reamade a cure song...
have you heard that phill collins remake? i think its mitch allen(??) and the song is 'in your eyes' (??) i actually really like that one.

I haven't heard it, and don't want to.
That's another song that shouldn't be covered.
I don't mind 311, and they do actually try to sound like the Cure, I agree with PH, but I don't like it.

Don't you mean Peter Gabriel? If so, I agree with you. If not (you actually did mean Phil Collins), I never heard of the song.

Tori Amos did a decent cover of it. It's the only version i like (including the original).

Its been out for a while, I dispise it. What bugs me most about it is how hard they try to sound like the Cure and there is only one Robert Smith, lets be real. I usually don't like most remakes as a general rule, but if you're going to do it at least bring something new to it.

I heard it a few weeks ago. Terrible. Just terrible. I don't know a single thing about 311 but I doubt they have enough coolness to cover a Cure song.
