fubby dance

Just got back from the Ortho. Surgeon, and we went with the Cortisone shot in the left hip. A couple more weeks off the roads and bike and we will be back in bidness. He wants me to do some additional PT on the hip so I will start that tomorrow night.

So good news for the Cappy

thumbs up

Yay! Very Happy

That's very good to hear. You must be recovering nicely!

Only a few more weeks of being patient.

Great to hear Greg, and keep up the PT exercises even when you are done going, I know they helped me.
