do enough around here, I'll tell her about my day yesterday.
Started Wed night when I see water on the floor near the furnace - Hot water expansion tank has pinhole leak. will get new one Thursday.
Thursday:
Wake up 0630. Chimney sweeps coming 0730.
0745 Sweeps here - finish at 0830
Go to Lowe's for Expansion tank and pipe thread compound.
0930 to 1145 or so. Head to car dealer for oil chage. Get oil changed and recall done.
1200 Off to shopping for mom. Buy some minor stuff but... mom insists on Tincture of Iodine - two stores later - success !!
1230 - off to Bakery outlet for mom's pound cake.
1300 See mom - re write her article for the residence newletter.
1430 Leave mom. Will see her tomorrow for shopping.
1500 Come home, remove old expansion tank, put new one into pipe and discover you need some kind of adapter. Several choice words later discover adapter on old tank. Remove adapter, put on new tank screw in tank.
1600 Wife not home for dinner yet. Put spice rub on steak.
1630 Start prepping Cheesecake.
1700 Wife arrives, cheesecake in oven.
1820 Cheesecake out of oven, got to Wal Mart for stuff, including new headlight bulbs for car.
1930 Return home, replace headlight bulbs, switch EZPass transponder to wife's car. Gave wife the task of putting it on her car, while I was changing headlight bulbs.
2000 Eat dinner - one thin crust frozen pizza. Watch Tora Tora Tora on History Channel.
2250 Sleep
This just in:
Finished work on sump pump.
Began baking onion/cheese bread for turkey day.
Going to mom's later
