Hey there yall
I am training my body to get into running for 3 reasons, one-to get more healthier, two-to lose some weight, and three- to use it to clear my thoughts and my stress.
I haven't started running in public yet, I have just been running in place in my house during my work out.
Does anyone have any tips for me when it comes to just getting out there and running? My stamina is getting better and my side doesn't hurt anymore, but the tops of my feet feel bruised or hurt.
Any Advice would really Help!!!
