When I bike to work, I have to go to another agency's building so I can shower and change. Our state's Emergency Management Team's office and briefing room is right beside the locker rooms. This morning, the place was crawling with FEMA and National Guard, tons of activity because of Ophelia. Everyone was hustling, organized chaos. I can't imagine what it would've looked like on the Gulf Coast.
