A good diet is necessary, yes. If you find you aren't getting enough of certain nutrients, vitamins, whatever... you may want to consider taking a supplement. Proper nutrition is a free ticket to better performance and health.

I take a multivitamin evey day, and drink use a scoop of protein in my Cytomax drink. I figure that will make up for what I might miss during the day
