So apologies if it is already floating around somewhere on RR.
I finally ran my first marathon on Saturday! I estimated I would take about 5 hours on the scenic and a little hilly course, and my chip time was 4.59.41  .
But note to self: 45-50k per week in the last 9 weeks is NOT sufficient mileage for a marathon, no matter how much IM base training you have done  .
