of studying in bed..I was reading my textbook on nerve action potentials and decided to close my eyes and take a small break and before I knew it I fell asleep for about 2.5 hours (from 10-12:30 am). When I got up I put all my books away and fell asleep again..so much for productivity

I am past my learning potential by 9 or 10 pm. At that point, I won't learn anything more. So I might as well go to bed and wake up in the morning.
