I am not impressed! I normally try not to, but i've noticed my clothing isn't fitting nearly as well as it should/used to. So i was curious... No wonder they say curiosity killed the cat...

Sadly, it's not ALL muscle... Some - yes.
But because I have an issue with my knee, I have been unable to train as hard as I would like so that is a huge problem. But I had a nice long run yesterday so i think I am back on track! Smile
I am also uping my gym time so I can get a little more cardio in as well.

Heck, I weighed myself this morning...did I lose a single fricking pound? Nope. It's bad when you run 26 miles and not lose an ounce.
