If you were working in a cube farm, and from out of nowhere someone started whistling "Islands in the Stream", would you think that person was crazy??

Probably did not get that TP report (?) in on time.
Or... maybe they're having their case of Mondays today.

If it was my current cube farm? no. And in fact, I'd probably start singing along. Loudly. Kenny's part, Dolly's squeaky is too high for me

Apparently I was the whistler. I have no idea where it came from.

The answer to this question is more important than you possibly know. It's a matter of national security.

We actually have an absent minded whistler. Except I can never identify what he's whistling, it sounds sort of toneless.
Strange: My orthodontist as a kid was a master whistler. He'd whistle right along with Celine Dion and Chicago and whoever else is on that "light and easy favorites for your workday" station that all dentists have playing. He was impressive. Vibrato and all.

We had a boss who would make airplane noises as he delivered paperwork.
He no longer works with us. Whether or not the two are related is beyond me.

Yesterday, one of my IT guys started singing The Gambler. So it must've been a KR day.

Took me a while to understand what you meant here. I was wondering how you knew that when your ortho was a child, he would whistle to CD and C -- and how you knew he was impressive. I was thinking he was a braggart. Obviously I need more coffee.
