I’ve just turned thirty! Some accomplishment, right? And one of my presents is an attractive bike. I want to start using it since I’ve become a bit lazy over the years. I know that cycling can be exhausting and demanding sport, but since I won’t be trying to break the world record, I think I’ll be able to handle it. Tell me how many hours do you ride daily? I’m asking just out of curiosity.

C’mon, you’re not that old, man! I understand that you’re feeling passive, but it’s just that you’re a bit rusty just like many people of our age, who don’t have the time to exercise and take care about their health and fitness. I usually cycle three to four times a week and I think that’s just enough for a recreational cyclist. I’m not quite sure how many hours I ride daily, but I guess I never cycle more than two hours. I think that’s sufficient for what I want to achieve – health and fitness. And let me tell you something: it works! I’m completely fit and chirpy! I advise you to start with an hour of cycling four times a week if you have the time and you’ll see after a while.
