I have been running for about 2 months. Love it but seems 1 step forward 2 steps back at times.
Hope to get better very quickly!

Welcome to the forums! I know it's hard to get started but don't give up, you'll get it sooner or later.

Welcome Christa! You'll have good runs & bad runs, but the good ones'll make it all worthwhile. Hang in there!

Welcome!!! Running is just like that at times. You may find this fall that you suddenly get faster and feel stronger. (that's what happens to me, summer is very disheartening )
Make yourself at home!

First off: Welcome to the forums!
Second: I'm planning on doing the full R&R in Phoenix! Should be a great time!

Check out the Track 'Meets' Section here at RF to see who's all running the AZ RnR. Savvysmommy lives in Gilbert as well.
I think that makes five RF people to do that race now. Where should we meet up?
Where are you in Gilbert? I live at Dobson and Germann (near the Chandler Mall)
