3 miles in 21:54, 1/4 mi recovery and then three 400 m intervals with 400 m jog recoveries. Intervals were pretty slow but I haven't done them in forever (1:37/1:38/1:36).
30 minutes of weights

Yahoo No more mega mileage weeks or days until the fall!!!!
20.7 in 3:02:38 at 5 AM this morning. I felt pretty good even though I ran 2 runs yesterday. It was a good simulation of my race weekend. I feel like I should be able to handle the whole weekend.

40 minutes or so in the pool for PT..I think the water was too warm, it really wore me out.
Then to the gym, just did back, abs, core work for 35 minutes, I was really tired after that PT.
