Rock songs - I often listen to Rolling Stones, Ac/Dc, Bruce Springsteen or Deep Purple. I need loud rock music to get me going, it works fine for me. I never go out running without my MP3 player.

I have to have dance on. I find myself running to the BPM so I can actually speed myself up by playing something more upbeat.
