My wife and I did this (well, okay, it was just my wife in the pictures) each week and we assembled a photo album of the pictures in order. It was actually really cool to see the changes.
After my daughter was born, we continued with the weekly pictures in the album, but they were now of my daughter. After 8 weeks, we took monthly pictures.
Whoa -- gotta do more pictures today! She's 14 months old now!
