great tips. Everyone want to fit. but have no time to spent in gym etc. you have given nice idea to those. just spent 10 min. and stay fit.

I want to know what will be the best food to eat prior to the agility test which consists of a 300 meter run within 1.11 sec and a 1.5 mile in 16.5 min
