sorta, I think. Maybe alittle much for him right now, all the hype, rookie season, I think adding the olympics for him would be a bit much this year. Whata think Blue??

No. way too early for him. he'll be there in 2010, and that'll be his 4th season, so he'll still be plenty young then.
I'm absolutely stunned that Spezza isn't on the actual team (i really don't feel much need to get up at 650am to try and watch now).
and Staal was another tough call. but at least the two of them are on the taxi squad...
they went with veteran experience... although, i don't know how spezza is ever going to get experience if they don't bring him along (granted he's just in his fourth season, so he should have lots of time still).
